Shipping

1. We make every effort to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  Each product states its shipping time.  Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

2.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been placed.

3.   All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.  We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address.  We currently ship only within the continental US.

In order to help the environment, we recycle shipping boxes when possible.  We also encourage our customers to reuse boxes in order to "Go Green."

Personalization

1. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned.  Please make sure you double check all custom details before ordering.  If you have any questions about a personalized item, please contact us before ordering.  We will be happy to help you with the details.

2. Please be advised that Color Samples displayed for Custom Products may vary slightly from the final product because each computer screen's output is calibrated differently.   Products may not be returned due to color variations between samples and final product. 

Returns

1.  We do not accept returns of personalized items. 

2.  We will gladly replace any product that is defective, broken or incorrect due to a mistake on our part.

3.  If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund within 14 days of receipt.  After 14 days we will give on-line store credit. Please contact us at sales@monogramlane.com with your information.

Payment

Monogram Lane uses SSL secure payment through PayPal, which gives you the option of paying with the credit card of your choice.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.
