  •  HOW DO I ENTER MONOGRAM LETTERS?

For a traditional monogram, enter your letters in first, LAST, middle order. The center letter is for the last name and prints larger. Sue Ann Roberts would enter SRA.

  • WILL I GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER?

Yes! When you place an order, you will get an immediate email confirmation. If you don't, it's because the order did not process, the email went to your spam or junk folder, or you entered your email address incorrectly. If you are in doubt if your order processed, email us and we'll check for you.

  • WHAT DO THE ORDER STATUS MESSAGES MEAN?

Awaiting Fullfillment = Your order has been placed, but has not been processed yet.

Pending = Your order is processing. This is the standard message for all orders while they are in production.

Partially Shipped = One (or more) of the items in your order has shipped, but not all items have shipped.

Shipped = All of the items in your order have shipped.

  • MAY I RETURN AN ITEM?

Custom and personalized items may not be returned. Please be very sure that your details are correct before submitting your order. Check your monogram letters, spelling on names and text, color choices, sizes, etc., before submitting your order.

  • WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?

At the top of each product page we publish availability with usual shipping time. This tells you how long it usually takes for each product to process and ship. This does not include actual transit time. Holiday shipping times can be longer due to volume and weather delays.

  • SHIPPING NOTICES

We will send you an email when your item ships. Included in the email will be the carrier type (UPS/FedEX/USPS) with tracking numbers. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available to view.

  • WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship to the continental United States with a few exceptions. Some of our manufacturers will ship to Canada. If interested, please contact us for further information.

  • WHAT ABOUT PO BOXES?

We require a valid physical shipping address. If you enter a PO Box, this may delay your order. A few products ship via USPS. Contact us if you need to know if your product will ship to a PO Box.

  • WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?

Contact us immediately if you discover you made a mistake on your order. We may be able to correct it before the item is processed.  We do not accept returns due to customers' mistakes. This is why we stress checking your details before submitting your order. Email us at sales@monogramlane.com

  • WHAT IF MONOGRAM LANE MAKES A MISTAKE?

If you receive a defective product or the wrong product, wrong letters, wrong color, etc., we will gladly replace the item. Take a picture of the item showing the problem and email it to us with your name, order number and details to sales@monogramlane.com.

  • HOW DO I KEEP UP WITH MY ORDER?

Log into your account on our website to view your order history and status updates.

  • MULTIPLE ITEMS IN AN ORDER

Multiple items in an order may ship from different locations at a different times. Do not be alarmed if your first delivery does not contain all items from a multiple order. The rest is shipping separately.

  • RUSH OPTIONS

A few of our products offer rush processing. If available, this option is listed on the product page. This does not, however, include rush shipping.

  • SHIPPING FEES
$1.00 - $10.00   = $5.00 shipping
$10.01 - $25 = $7.50 shipping
$25.01 - $50.00 = $9.50 shipping
$50.01 - $75.00 = $11.50 shipping
$75.01 - $100.00 = $13.50 shipping
Over $100.00 = FREE SHIPPING
